12 Weeks of Audio Lessons and Activities.

Each week you will listen to short audio lessons and do simple activities that will spur your learning and easily integrate into your busy life.

Weekly Group Coaching

Each week you will have access to expert coaching on Zoom with other women leaders who are on the learning journey with you. There is no requirement to attend group coaching. You will benefit from attending as many as you can, as your learning will deepen in these sessions.

1:1 Coaching for Integration

After your final week of the course, you will get a 1:1 coaching session to integrate learning and set you up for success going forward.

what kind of leaders qualify?

how much time will i be spending each week?

This program is built for busy leaders. If you attend the one hour weekly group coaching call and complete the lessons each week you will be spending about 1.5 hours each week. During especially busy weeks you can skip the group coaching call and focus on the self-paced work.
