In this biweekly 1:1 coaching process, we’ll identify which of those messages are actually serving you and which ones are just noise you’ve absorbed so you can lead from your own authority instead.

  • This type of leadership coaching is right for you if you hold one or more marginalized identities and want a coach who understands the additional weight of leading in systems that question your competence before you’ve said a word. This customized coaching builds the strategies to trust your own judgment and hold your ground even when the system around you doesn’t validate you the way it should.

Instead of telling you what to do, a coach helps you do the work necessary to remove blocks often created by unhelpful mindsets and unchecked assumptions. Through the coaching process, a leader develops new skills, ways of thinking, and behavior patterns that lead to greater leadership success.

  • A leader is anyone who is tasked with managing and mobilizing people to fulfill a common purpose. You do not have to be in the C-suite to be considered a leader. Leaders can be at any level of a hierarchical system, a co-leader in a flat system or a leader of a community. If your job is to influence, manage and support people in service of achieving a particular vision or outcome, you are a leader!
